The experience selling points with your team has been nothing but exceptional. I have never had an issue. If anyone is nervous about renting out your points, don't be.

Just used David's Vacation Club for the first time to rent some excess points we had. A smooth process from start to finish and the money paid to us for our points exactly as disclosed. We have now recommended friends of ours rent points so that they can join us in Disney next year and get better value than booking through an agent for a hotel.

I've used David's vacation rentals for the last fews years to rent my points. The service has been exceptional every time! If you can't use your points there's no reason for them to expire. David's team can certainly help! Great team, 100% recommend!

I listed a few points we had left at the end of December 23, and within 2 hours had rented them out and received the contract and the first payment. Very impressed, the staff were extremely helpful and made everything simple. Received the final instalment as the guests checked in. I have to say I’m feeling very jealous that someone is at the GF now with our points lol, but pleased we have helped someone stay at that beautiful resort. Can’t say I’m planning on renting out any more points any time soon but never say never, and if I do it will be via David’s there is no doubt about that! Thanks everyone!

Our experience with David’s was exceptional. Our first rental did not work out but David’s was quick to manage the situation and within a week we had another rental inquiry. That one was seamless. We will definitely rent our DVC points with David’s again. So pleased with this option!
